Woodstock Strategic Launch

We are delighted to announce that we have successfully exchanged contracts to promote 22 acres of land in North Somerset.

The site is edge of settlement in a sustainable location and we will shortly be consulting with the local authority and the public on our proposals.

This is a big milestone for the company as it marks the launch of our strategic land business – Woodstock Strategic.
