This is a 100% affordable housing deal, meaning every single one of the 68 homes will be available through affordable tenures — a significant contribution to addressing the housing needs of Bristol’s communities.
The development will deliver a mix of housing tenures designed to meet a broad range of needs, set within a thoughtfully planned neighbourhood in St George. The designs reflect a commitment to quality, place-making, and the long-term wellbeing of residents.
