Planning Submitted in Winscombe

We have recently submitted a Detailed Planning Application for a landscape led design of 71 high quality, sustainable homes in the beautiful village of Winscombe, North Somerset.

This prime 10 acre site benefits from an allocation for residential housing in a semi-rural yet highly sustainable location.

Each home will include air source heat pumps, EV charging and solar PV ensuring an EPC rating of A. This will enable our customers to benefit from significant energy savings and lower their carbon footprint.
