Woodstock Strategic, part of the Woodstock Group, has submitted an outline planning application for 37 new homes at Greenhill Road, Sandford, North Somerset.

Designed with placemaking at its heart, this landscape-led proposal will deliver much-needed new homes while respecting the village setting and enhancing the natural environment around Sandford.
