We are excited to share that planning for 27 new homes in Churchill has been approved!
After more than 2 years of thorough public consultation and close collaboration with North Somerset officers, the project has received a resolution to grant planning permission. The unanimous decision in August by the Planning Committee represents a significant milestone for us, and a welcome turnaround following the initial refusal in July.
The forthcoming development by Woodstock Homes will consist of a private mix of 3 bed to 5 bed housing with large swathes of landscaping and stunning views across the AONB towards the Mendip Hills.
This project will bring much-needed high-quality and energy efficient homes to North Somerset. Construction is scheduled to kick off early next year, promising a beautiful addition to the community.
