Planning Approved at Tickenham

Woodstock Homes are delighted to report that detailed planning approval has been granted for our development of 18 houses in Tickenham, North Somerset.

Thanks to Stokes Morgan Planning Ltd and the consultant’s team for helping us gain a consent for 18 new homes of which 16 will be open market and 2 affordable.

The open market homes will consist of luxury detached properties ranging from 3 to 4 bedrooms in size. Works on the demolition of the existing garden centre buildings will start shortly with the first homes being marketed later in 2021.
