Thanks to Stokes Morgan Planning Ltd and the consultant’s team for helping us gain a consent for 18 new homes of which 16 will be open market and 2 affordable.
The open market homes will consist of luxury detached properties ranging from 3 to 4 bedrooms in size. Works on the demolition of the existing garden centre buildings will start shortly with the first homes being marketed later in 2021.
