PLANNING SUBMITTED in Banwell
We are pleased to have recently submitted an outline application at Banwell in North Somerset.
The site is located in a highly sustainable location just south of the proposed Banwell Bypass and has the potential to deliver up to 95 new family homes, including a policy compliant level of affordable housing, vast areas of open space including a community orchard, play areas, SUDS features and ecological buffers.
Our new homes will be highly energy efficient with a fabric first approach and include air source pumps, solar PV panels and electric vehicle charging points.
