The land lies adjacent to the River Avon and is located in a highly sustainable location with local amenities, transport, railway, parks etc all within a short walking distance.
The site benefits from a draft allocation and we shall shortly be submitting a full planning application for approximately 70 apartments which represents our largest site to date.
