We are pleased to share that we have recently exchanged contracts to purchase a prime brownfield site in Yatton, North Somerset.
The land lies in a highly sustainable location with local amenities, transport, railway, parks etc all within a short walking distance.
The site benefits from an allocation in the current local plan and we will shortly be consulting with the public on our proposals for circa 58 homes.
