Peace Of Mind

You're covered by a 10 year NHBC Warranty and our own 2 year Customer Service Guarantee as standard!

Your home has the benefit of cover under the NHBC Buildmark Warranty. This is a warranty under which Woodstock Homes, during the first two years, and NHBC during years three to ten following legal completion, has defined responsibilities with regards to defects in materials or workmanship in your new home.

Woodstock Homes is an NHBC registered developer and builder, and as such we design and build not only in accordance with the Building Regulations, but also to the exacting NHBC standards.

Each home is inspected by NHBC at key stages, thus ensuring our compliance with those standards. NHBC have a wealth of experience and their standards have been drawn up and are updated and supported by Good Practice Guidance Notes, which are sent to us periodically and with which we comply.

The NHBC’s objective is to reduce the likelihood of defects in the new home, by working with us to promote good practice and the use of appropriate materials. It is in the NHBC’s interest to eliminate defects as they provide us with the Buildmark Warranty which we pass to you. You, in turn, may pass this on to whoever buys your home, should you sell it during the period of the Buildmark Warranty.

Customer Care

At Woodstock Homes, we pride ourselves on caring about every aspect of your home. From the initial design to the finishing touches.

Although we are building an increasing number of new homes each year, we continue to provide the level of personal service and care that you might associate with a smaller family run business. We really do care about every new home we build and we hope they will be as special to you as they are to us!

Our Homes are built to a very high standard and we are confident in the construction methods that we use. However, just to add peace of mind, each new home is covered by the NHBC 10 year Warranty and our own 2 year Customer Service Guarantee as detailed in our new home user guide.
