If your current property meets our criteria, we will make you an offer, based on two independent valuations from local Estate Agents**. If you agree to the price we offer, we will take care of the survey and complete the transaction as quickly as possible. Once you accept our offer you have officially reserved your new Woodstock home!
*Part exchange is subject to availability. To find out if your existing property qualifies for Part Exchange, speak to the Salesperson responsible for the development . Let them know where your current home is and approximately how much it is worth (your existing property should be no more than 70% of the value of the new Woodstock home you want to buy). If it qualifies, you can go ahead and provisionally reserve your new home there and then.
