2025: A Year of Progress, Growth & Momentum for Woodstock Homes
The last year was another challenging one for our industry — but a busy and rewarding one for everyone across the Woodstock Group as we continued to work hard and grow the business.

📈 Turnover increased to circa £18m
🏠 246 new homes secured through 5 planning consents
👷 5 new developments started across the South West
🤝 £50m of affordable homes agreed through new partnerships
✍️ 6 new sites secured, with a forward pipeline of nearly 900 plots
🆕 6 new team members welcomed
🏆 Developer of the Year – Bristol Property Awards
